Get Hands-on Photoacoustic and Ultrasound Training
Our Vevo University Courses give you an opportunity to get hands-on ultrasound training and are offered exclusively to Vevo Imaging System users. The courses are offered in our lab in Amsterdam but all courses are available on site in your lab as well. If you are interested in training in our Toronto office, please contact us.

Amsterdam Lab - April 23-24, 2024
Learn how to: Handle the Vevo equipment, perform abdominal ultrasound scans, identify major organs and blood vessels. Also learn 2D and 3D ultrasound imaging including data analysis, how to measure blood flow velocities in major abdominal vessels and working with acquired data. Click to learn more.
Learn: How to do a mouse echocardiogram, including imaging the heart in long axis, short axis and apical views, how to obtain images of the aortic valve, pulmonary valve, mitral and tricuspid valves, how to use Color Doppler Mode and much more. Click to learn more.
Learn: Overview of basic Doppler principles for quantification of blood flow, locating and obtaining 2D images of various vessels in the body, such as the carotid arteries, femoral arteries, renal arteries, splenic arteries, abdominal aorta and branches off of the vessel, i.e. mesenteric artery, Obtaining Pulsed-Wave Doppler Mode image of these vessels and implementing flow and much more.
